Help Natasha raise money

For participating in Tamarack Ottawa Virtual Race Weekend 2020

My Story…

This year, more than ever, mental health is top of mind. For those of us lucky enough to run, hitting the road provides an instant lift in a time of stress and uncertainty. As I am filled with gratitude for everything that I have, I am also deeply concerned about the mental health of our most vulnerable, about children and their families who are plagued with worries and who have experienced sickness, loss, instability, and violence. Once again, this year, I am running to raise funds for Crossroads Children’s Mental Health Centre. Together, we can ensure that children and families across Ottawa have quick and timely access high quality, evidence-based mental health supports. Thank you in advance for your ongoing support, whether it’s a word of encouragement, a chalk-drawn rainbow on the sidewalk, a wave out the window on “race day”, or a donation.
