My Story…
After losing my father suddenly last year due to heart complications, I've taken up running as a means to cope but also to help ensure my own health. I plan to complete my very first race virtually on June 27, exactly 1 year after my dad's passing, as a way to honor both him and myself.
Description
Our mission is to Promote health, Save lives, and Enhance recovery. Anyone registering to run for Heart and Stroke will receive a race belt, minimum of $50
