Raise money for The Pittsburgh Project
The Pittsburgh Project is a Christian nonprofit community development organization with a thirty-four year history of service to the Pittsburgh area, through investment in future leaders and vulnerable homeowners. Our purpose is to develop servant leaders and uphold the dignity of vulnerable homeowners. Our staff operates a progressive series of youth after-school and summer programs, partners with volunteer groups annually to serve community homeowners, and operates local recreation spaces. The after-school programs empower young people ages K-12 by providing them with engaging learning environments where students are encouraged to grow into leaders that transform their community. The Home Repair Ministry facilitates the repair and restoration of local properties through community-driven, passionate volunteer hours performed by local and visiting volunteers. It addresses substandard living conditions and invests in the personal growth of the neighbors it serves.
