We are welcoming the Democrats to Milwaukee with a 5k run/walk on Sunday, July 12 at Lake Park in Milwaukee. All participants will receive a super cool shirt and fun awards will be given to the top 3 finishers (male and female) in age groups of 5-year increments.

Lake Park is one of Milwaukee's most beautiful parks with stunning views of the Lakefront. It was designed in the late 19th century by famed landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, who also designed Central Park in New York City among many others. It's 138 acres includes many trails, bluffs and ravines. It also contains the North Point Lighthouse which was built in 1855. The 5k course will go right by the lighthouse.
