PACT Family Resource Centre

PACT (Parents and Children Together) is a local non-profit community resource for families in the Cole Harbour area and beyond. Established in 1984 to provide integral programs to support and strengthen families, PACT offers Drop-In Playgroups, Dad’s Playgroup, Parenting Programs, Infant Massage, Pre-Natal Classes, New Parents Support Group, Parenting Journey Home Support, Jump, Jiggle, Jive, and a Community Trading Cupboard, all at no cost to the over 700 families who come to us from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds, including those with the fewest resources and least support. We endeavour to meet our mission “to actively contribute to the well-being of families through programs, workshops and activities offered to parents, expectant parents, caregivers and their children”.
