So how does a Virtual Race work?
You get out and run the distance that you registered for and bring along your favorite tracking device. When you are finished, take a picture or screenshot that shows your distance and time. You can pick up your packet at packet pickup or choose to have it mailed to you.
You have 14 days from October 31st to November 14th at midnight to submit your time!

Run! Ballantyne serves as the second race in the YMCA of Greater Charlotte Race Series. Perfect for runners and walkers of all levels and ages - beginner to expert.
Make the difference as a team and enter the Run! Ballantyne Team Challenge, a friendly competition amongst Charlotte area businesses, community groups and schools. Teams earn participation points as runners, walkers, and volunteers. The team with the most points wins a Team Division award & earns bragging rights as the Run! Ballantyne team most committed to healthy living & social responsibility.

Registration Policies
- Due to the fundraising nature of YMCA of Greater Charlotte Annual Campaign events, race registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable & cannot be deferred to a future year.
- Making this event happen in person is a priority, but Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions. This may include changing a live event into a virtual event due to COVID-19 restrictions.
- Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God".
