Help Sheleena raise money

I've set a goal to try to get a personal best for the TC10K this year as part of an overall goal to get fit in 2020. I appreciate all the support I'm receiving from friends and colleagues and would like to spread that love around. One way to do this is to support a charity that holds a special place in my heart. Cystic Fibrosis is the most common fatal genetic disease affecting Canadian children and young adults. At present, there is no cure. Cystic Fibrosis Canada is doing some incredible work to help improve the lives and life expectancy for people living with CF and every year they get closer to finding a cure.
