Hello Sasamat Supporters:
Sasamat Outdoor Centre will be offering modified daycamp programs this year, in light of social distancing requirements - https://sasamat.org/Summer_2020_-_COVID_19.html
The opportunity to attend camp, to learn and play in the outdoors, is particularly critical for youth who have spent the last 8 - 12 weeks restricted to their homes. In order to ensure that ensuring that financial circumstances do not prevent families from sending their children to camp, we will be participating in the annual Scotiabank Half-Marathon fundraiser "virtually" this year. On Sunday, June 28, I will complete a 10K run to fulfill my pain quotient. I'm hoping that, in turn, you will support this fundraising effort to send kids to camp.

Sasamat Outdoor Centre offers a variety of programs such as Day Camp, Resident Camp, Family Camp and Facility Rentals for Community and School Groups.Sasamat Outdoor Centre offers campers the opportunity to participate in a wide range of outdoor activities in a safe, supervised environment and provides a peaceful wilderness setting with easy access to the hiking trails and recreational opportunities of Belcarra Regional Park and scenic Indian Arm Provincial Park. All programs are geared to the age and ability of the individual and to the interests of the group.
