I'm running for a pain-free future for kids!
Our daughter was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) almost 2.5 years ago. You’d think that this is an “older person” chronic disease, but did you know that 3 in 1000 kids in Canada live with some form of arthritis? Since day 1 of her diagnosis we have received first class care provided by the Paediatric team at Mary Pack Arthritis Clinic and this amazing organization, Cassie + Friends. It's now our turn to help this fantastic organization.
This summer we will be participating in a Virtual 5K Race to bring awareness to Children Affected by Juvenile Arthritis & Other Rheumatic Diseases and also raise funds for Team Cassie + Friends who supports children and families impacted by these diseases.
