My Story…
Thank you for visiting my page! This might be the most difficult 10k I've ever run.... I was rear-ended in mid-February and it's been a slow and sometimes painful journey back into long-distance running. The Alzheimer Society of B.C. is an organization close to my heart, because my late grandmother had Alzheimer's for years. In fact, the cruelty of Alzheimer's meant she was taken from us years before she actually passed. My goal is to raise $1000 for this worthy cause, in addition to completing my virtual run by mid-September. Thank you for your support!
