We are so excited to host our second annual Mind Over Grind, this year we are holding the event virtually! Mind Over Grind is a 5K walk/run organized by Sensibill to benefit the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). The walk/run brings together teams from Toronto's tech and startup community, which often suffer negative consequences due to “hustle” and “grind” workplace cultures.
In 2019, Mind Over Grind donated over $10,000 to CAMH, and we aim to continue this positive impact both by raising money, advocating for workplace wellness, and reducing the stigma around mental illness.
Mind Over Grind is a fun, non-competitive race, feel free to walk, run or a combination of both!
Register yourself, or create a team of up to 5!
Donations to individuals and teams can be made through our CAMH page.
This year, Mind Over Grind is going virtual! Sign up to run/walk virtually!

Our Sponsors
We are pleased to welcome Singer Steinberg as our silver sponsors, this is their second year sponsoring Mind Over Grind and we thank them for their continuous support!
StickerYou Inc. provides the best platform in the world to create custom products that make you stick!
StickerYou was founded in 2008 by Andrew Witkin, who was inspired during a walk on Los Angeles’ Manhattan Beach when he noticed how stickers played a huge role in the local scene and culture but realized how expensive it was for individuals to create awesome die-cut stickers themselves. StickerYou is based in beautiful Toronto, Canada.
Sticker you will be providing the awards for fastest team, individual and most fundraised individual and team through their sponsorship.
