Learn to Run Clinic
The Oceanside Running Club Association offers a spring Learn to Run Program
Participants must be 19 years of age or older
Wednesday Nights 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Parksville / Qualicum locations.
Build your endurance and find your stride, gradually increasing to 30-45 minutes running over the course of 14 weeks.
Level: Beginners, former runners and runners returning from injury.
Cost: $45.00 (includes a 2020 ORCA membership and a non-transferable entry to the Mother’s Day 10k/5k walk/run event held in Parksville on Sunday, May 10, 2020)
Dates: Wednesday evenings from February 5, 2020
