Help Karen raise money

Henry, Owen, and I will be participating in the Human Race on May 2, and raising money for Food For Thought. Food For Thought is an incredible nonprofit that provides lifesaving, comprehensive nutrition services to Sonoma County residents affected by HIV and other serious illnesses. Our services include weekly groceries, prepared meals, hot lunches, vitamins and supplements, cooking classes, and nutrition counseling. Our services help improve the health and quality of life of seriously ill, food insecure Sonoma County residents. By sponsoring me in the race, you will be helping to provide food to our neighbors in need. By the time of the race, Owen will be 18 months old, and Henry will be 3 - it should be a fun (and slow) race for us!
