Food For Thought is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to meeting the nutrition needs of people living with HIV and other serious illnesses in Sonoma County. We provide healthy weekly groceries including fresh produce, nutritional supplements, vitamins, and frozen meals - all free of charge. We also provide nutrition counseling, healthy cooking classes, a community lunch program three days a week, and an organic gardening project. We currently feed 850 people, including men, women, and dependent children of parents who live with HIV and other serious illnesses. More than one third of our clients receive delivery service because they are home bound due to ill health or lack of transportation. The largest and fastest growing population of our clients live in Santa Rosa. Find out more on our website at www.fftfoodbank.org
