Hope In Motion

After much deliberation, Minnesota Oncology and Angel Foundation have made the difficult decision to cancel the face-to-face portion of the Hope in Motion event scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2020. Safety is always our top priority and as an event that celebrates cancer survivors, we feel it is imperative to minimize risk for those who are immunosuppressed. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating survivors with you at Hope in Motion 2021.

Did you already register for Hope in Motion 2020? If so, we are offering several options regarding the fees you already paid:

Option 1: I will participate virtually, upload my mileage, and receive my medal in the mail. Angel Foundation may retain my registration fees and any fundraising donations I have collected to help cancer patients during this difficult time. I understand that no fundraising minimums will be enforced.

Option 2: I do not wish to participate virtually. Instead, I would like my registration fee to be credited towards the 2021 Hope in Motion. I understand I’ll be able to register “free” for the 2021 event with a promo code once registration opens. I’d like the fundraising donations I have collected so far to be applied to my 2021 fundraising minimum.

Option 3: I would like my registration fee to be refunded.

If you choose the virtual option - have fun! Complete your walk, run or ride at a safe place for you, anytime between now and May 30. Then, take a screenshot of your results from any fitness app or snap a photo of yourself after you cross your virtual finish line. Earn your medal by uploading your results before June 30:

• Log into your RaceRoster account and select the Hope in Motion event.
• Go to the results page.
• Click the “Submit a virtual result” button.
• Follow the prompts to confirm your registration, enter your time and upload your screenshot or photo.
• After your results are submitted, you will be able to view your finisher’s certificate by clicking on your name.
