Join us for the 1st Annual
Miles For Migraine - Tampa
Miles for Migraine will host its first annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run in Tampa at Simmons Park on the USF campus. This Fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research will take place Saturday January 11, 2020. All donations from this event will benefit the USF Headache Center to support their headache fellowship program & research.
We welcome everyone, even if you are not feeling up for exercise. Consider signing up as an Advocate or a Volunteer instead. Advocates come to the event at no charge. The event is an opportunity to meet others who are dealing with migraine or cluster headache disease, visit our sponsor booths and take part in other engaging activities for the morning. Volunteers all receive a free shirt for their time. Find more information about volunteer roles, including our Thank You Team, by clicking on the Volunteer button to the right.

There could be a long line, so plan accordingly. We do not mail packets out after the event. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to ask a friend or family member to come pick up your packet for you; a great way to practice advocating for your needs.
Friends and family are welcome to pick up packets for each other.

We will have a Gear Check tent Saturday morning. You can use the bottom portion of your bib to mark your bag and then plan to pick up your items after you finish your walk or run.
