In Our Community or Yours

Right now we are all navigating an ever-changing world that tests our resilience, patience and ability to manage stress and anxiety. Caring for our mental health and supporting our families, friends and neighbors in handling the daily challenges we face is critical.

On the weekend of October 24 and 25 every road, avenue and street will lead to one place in our community – better mental wellness for all, as we come together virtually to Walk the Walk for Mental Health.

The 13^th Annual Walk the Walk will start a conversation with community members, advocates, families, friends, and local businesses to build community, awareness, and raise vital funds for mental health services.

You can Walk the Walk your own way by:

• Registering to Walk and showing your support to local businesses in downtown, Hinsdale, Illinois on October 24 or 25.
• Registering to Walk and walking a 5K in your own safe and socially distant way, wherever and whenever you like between your registration date and October 25.
• Wearing your Walk the Walk commemorative mask while engaging in either of these activities.

*MASK PICK UP WILL BE HELD WED. OCT. 21 - FRI. OCT. 23 FROM 8AM - 6PM & SAT.-SUN. OCT. 24-25 FROM 10AM - 2PM AT THE COMMUNITY HOUSE (415 W. EIGHTH STREET, HINSDALE)

All proceeds will raise awareness and support for access to mental health services in our community.
