The Compass Run For Food is a 5K run/walk and 10.5K (quarter-marathon) run that you can run anywhere! The original courses run on groomed trails that loop through scenic Island Lake Conservation Area in Orangeville.
Thanks to our sponsors, all registration fees go to the Food Banks and School Breakfast Programs in Dufferin to help feed kids and families.
All participants can choose a sponsored shirt.

9 am to 12 pm - Opening day drive-thru race kit pick-up at Compass
(After October 3, kits can be picked up at Compass, Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, unless you paid for delivery)

Race time linked to your registration in the RunKeeper app will be automatically recorded! Manual race time uploads are also welcome. Instructions will be provided in September. Virtual awards will be posted online and medalists can share their results. Top three male and female overall.
