The purpose of the organization is:
a)To stimulate and support scientific medical research of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and other motor neuron diseases; b)To provide patient services for persons suffering from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and other motor neuron diseases; c)To gather and disseminate information on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and other motor neuron diseases; and d)For such other charitable purposes as directors of the Corporation consider advisable
