Bridges to Belonging is a local charity in Waterloo Region serving youth, adults and seniors with disabilities that self-identify as experiencing social isolation or barriers to social inclusion and their families. B to Be provides personalized planning and independent facilitation that is person-centered and works with people to accomplish their vision of belonging- whether it is getting a job, volunteering, developing friendships or relationships, planning for the future or finding a home.
