My Story…
I'm excited to be participating in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge for the first time. I'm walking a half-marathon to support the excellent mission of Crossroads International, my new employer! For the last 60 years, the organization has been working towards its vision of ONE WORLD where poverty is eliminated, equality prevails and the rights of women and girls are fulfilled. I feel privileged to be able to contribute in some small way to this goal.
Please consider supporting me in any way you can. Financial donations of any size are appreciated as is moral and prayer support! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
In this time of pandemic, assistance in the global context is even more vital as many children remain out of school, the numbers of people living in extreme poverty are escalating, and food security is threatened.
Please help me to make a difference, however small. Thank you!!
