My Story…
Hello
Without the amazing transplant team and surrounding organizations, we would be lost without our mom. My mom is a survivor of Pulmonary Fibrosis because of the double lung transplant she received in 2019. I will forever be thankful and am running to help others in need - for their lives and for their families.
Description
We are also a support network, offering programs to help donors and recipients live full lives after transplantation. We have a Speaker’s Bureau in each region in Canada.
