Dear friends, I am running the Scotiabank Toronto Marathon Virtual Race again this year. I will be doing 10KM run and walk to raise funds for the CCC. this is an exceedingly difficult year for CCC. Covid-19 has brought an unprecedented financial challenge for CCC. The Centre has been closed since mid March. It will likely remain close for several more months. We have had zero income for the last six months. It will likely continue for another several months or a year. We still must pay for the cleaning, utilities, barebone staff salary and mortgage. Your support and donation are essential. I would like to thank most of you who have so generously supported me and the CCC in the last so many years. Money raised will be dedicated to enrich cultural and educational programs for youth and the community at large. Please join this fun packed experience, get your heart pumping and energy high!!! Beautiful Toronto waterfront, great exercise and entertainment, lovely people, photo ops, bragging rights with your medals, all the while giving back to do greater good. What more can you ask for?
