My Story…
I participated in NYO Canada for the summers of 2014, 2015, 2016. I played gorgeous music, made lifelong friends and learned an insane amount about orchestra, kindness and life. I am extremely grateful for everything that NYO Canada has done to support my musical education and journey! I will be running a marathon to raise $$ for this wonderful organization.
Description
NYO Canada, along with Team Molto Presto, invites you to walk or run with us to raise money at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. This year is our 60th anniversary and our goal is to raise $10,000 which will fund 10 musician scholarships for the 2020 Orchestra. Anyone participating will receive a "I Heart NYO" t-shirt and participants raising $500 or more will receive two complimentary tickets for a concert of their choosing during the 2021 Tour. Help us launch Canada’s next generation of professional orchestral musicians.
