My Story…
Dear friends: The greatest gift, is the gift of charity. I would be honored if you would partner with me in support of this worthy cause, our elder community through Hesperus Village. Inspired by the support at last year’s 5km run/walk, I am challenging myself this year by signing up for the 10km event. Of course, any amount donated is a most precious gift and will be most appreciated. As a partner in charity, you can also further contribute by spreading the word to others who may wish to donate, or even perhaps join me and the Hesperus team as a participant walker/runner. A rich cultural life, in its varied forms, enhances the health and lives of our residents. Social isolation is
unfortunately very common for seniors. Together with our residents, we co-create an enlivened and
rich social and cultural life to combat the isolation that some encounter due to physical or emotional
challenges or even financial constraints. Your donation will fund the costs associated with organizing a
series of social and cultural activities throughout the year.
