My Story…
This is my first ever marathon, inspired by my roommate and Juilliard classmate Carolyn Farnand (NYO '14,'15,'16)! We will be running together virtually from NYC. She has spoken so highly of NYO, and I'm happy to be a part of supporting an organization that means so much to her!
Description
NYO Canada, along with Team Molto Presto, invites you to walk or run with us to raise money at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. This year is our 60th anniversary and our goal is to raise $10,000 which will fund 10 musician scholarships for the 2020 Orchestra. Anyone participating will receive a "I Heart NYO" t-shirt and participants raising $500 or more will receive two complimentary tickets for a concert of their choosing during the 2021 Tour. Help us launch Canada’s next generation of professional orchestral musicians.
