My Story…
Hello! I am the National Executive Director of the Canadian Celiac Association (CCA). I am proud to be walking/running a virtual marathon to help raise awareness of celiac disease (an autoimmune disease) and gluten disorders in Canada. So many people incorrectly think that the gluten-free diet is just a fad diet. But for people living with celiac disease and gluten disorders it is a challenging but necessary way of life because there is no other treatment or cure for them. With your financial support, we hope to get people diagnosed sooner and find a treatment and in the meantime continue to empower individuals through education, programs and services. Help us raise $25,000! We can do this!
