My Story…
The Maddie Project is sparking conversations, raising awareness and transforming access to mental health care for youth and their families. The Maddie Project is supporting North York General Hospital in Toronto. You can learn more about the project at themaddieproject.ca.
I have always wanted to help advance the mental health cause and Maddie's story was more than enough to push me to commit to running a marathon.
Please consider contributing to this cause even if it is not in your own city. Advancing the dialogue about mental health, especially for the young, will help us all.
