My Story…
Once again this year I walked in support of refugees and the work of Matthew House in welcoming them. This year's event was different in many ways since we could run or walk at any location of our own choosing any day in October. I did my run in a place which has a special meaning for me - my childhood home in the proposed Pickering Airport site as its relates to my personal life journey which had some connection to refugee experiences - namely that of being forcibly displaced! Your support for myself or any of the amazing Matthew House team members is be MUCH appreciated. Thank you for supporting refugees in their quest for safety and belonging... Blessings!
