My Story…

In 2013 I was diagnosed with celiac disease and my entire world turned upside down! I had to relearn how to cook, eat, socialize and so much more. The Canadian Celiac Association has been with me every step of the way. They make sure Canadian foods are safely labelled, keep me up to date on the latest research for treatments and towards a cure, help me navigate tricky social situations and so much more. With their help I've been successful in keeping this disease under control and having a great quality of life.

I'll be running a 10k to support the gluten free community. I know times are tough right now, but please donate whatever you can afford to help the great work of this organization.
