Join Us for the 8th Annual Pacific Beachfest 5K reinvented for 2020!
October 3rd - October 31st

2020 has become the year of reinventing. We want nothing more than to have 2,000 runners take over the sand in Pacific Beach on the first Saturday in October but unfortunately that is not in the cards right now. So what do we do? We think outside the box on how we can challenge ourselves!

The 2020 Pacific Beachfest 5K isn’t going to take place on a single Saturday morning but across the entire month of October! We know not everyone feels their best on every race morning. Maybe you have a slight injury or you and your friend had one too many cocktails the night before the race. On those mornings don’t you wish you had a second chance at running a faster time? Well in 2020, you will!

Each participant in the 2020 Pacific Beachfest 5K Month Challenge will have THREE attempts through the ASICS Runkeeper app to log their best 5K time! The options will be left completely up to you! Want to run all three of your attempts in three straight days? Want to spread them across the month of October? Maybe you want to try out three different courses or maybe you want to run the exact same one to see your improvement. Most importantly lets challenge ourselves to rock your best 5K this October!
