Whether you ride one of our four predesigned routes, make up your own, ride on your trainer or Peloton or join a ride with friends, we are making it easy for everyone to ride the Growling Beaver in 2020. Any ride will do. Just ride safely and at a distance.

Our event is different. It’s as social as it is athletic. It was designed for cyclists by cyclists to be accessible to everyone: the hard core road warrior, the devoted gravel grinder, young and old, uber-fit or slowed by Parkinson’s. Inspired by Davis and Connie Carpenter Phinney, our ethos is to “Live Well Today,”

Our new 2020 charity Parkinson Canada believes in this too. Our ride supports a vision of a better life today for Canadians living with Parkinson’s; a world without Parkinson’s tomorrow.
