Event status - cancelled for 2020
As the City of Regina continues to respond to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, Run Regina has made the decision to cancel the First Responders Run for this year.
Despite our best ongoing efforts to hold this year’s event we did not feel it would be responsible in the current environment.
We are in the process of contacting all registered participants with their options for their race registration. Please be patient as we work to contact all 3000 people registered in our events.
Registrations for the 2021 First Responders Run will open on December 1, 2020 and the event will take place June TBD 2021. We hope to see you there.
Stay safe and keep active,
Shawn Weimer

Race Cancellation Policy
Race Cancellation Policy: The Run Regina First Responders Run runs rain or shine, within the reasonable weather expectations for the beginning of a Saskatchewan June. In the event that weather conditions are deemed by Run Regina organizers to be potentially hazardous to participants and volunteers, we reserve the right to briefly postpone or cancel the event outright. Cancellation of the event may take place either prior to the start of the event or at any time while the event is taking place. A brief postponement and/or outright cancellation of the event may also take place for any other reason or situation wherein the Run Regina organizers feel conditions may be potentially unsafe for participants and volunteers. The decision of the Race Director is final.
