THE 9TH ANNUAL BUMRUN: A VIRTUAL 5K TO GET BEHIND.

How will this work?
Step 1: Complete a 5K walk/run anywhere, anytime before April 26. Track your time via a tracking app, or however you usually track your time and distance.
Step 2: Log your time on Enfield Timing anytime until April 30: https://www.enfieldtiming.com/bum-run-2/
Step 3: Tune in to Zoom at 9:00 AM on April 26 to participate in our virtual event. The itinerary includes a yoga-inspired warm up from DIZONfit, and a F45 Training resistance workout.

Everyone will be able to submit their results, get their medal and a gift item, either at a pickup location, or via mail.
Why are we doing this?
As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 situation, we are moving the Bumrun to a virtual event.
The decision to cancel was not one we took lightly, but we must prioritize the health and safety of our runners and volunteers. We remain steadfast in our commitment to raise awareness of colon cancer. To honour the hundreds who were set to run on April 26, we will proceed as planned in contributing all funds raised to support our charities, in addition to COVID-19 support at the St Joseph's Health Crisis Fund and the Kensington Health 2020 Response Fund.
