PARAGON Inc, a non-for-profit that is raising awareness for wellness, is proud to present it's first annual Sound Mind And Healthy Body (SMAHB) 5K Walk/Run-Zumba Jam on Saturday May 9th, 2020 (Tentative Date). During this mental health awareness month, be part of a movement that emphasizes mental health is equally as important as physical health!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This event offers something for the whole family, runners, walkers, spectators alike. It will include a certified 5K walk/run, in a picturesque nature trail in Peachtree City, Georgia followed by a Zumba Jam, featuring popular local Zumba Instructors and Fitness Studios.

5K EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (Ends April 9th, 2020): $35 (includes shirt, medal, bib and Zumba Jam entry wrist band)
5K GENERAL REGISTRATION Including at Registration desk: $45 (includes shirt, medal, bib and Zumba Jam entry wrist band)
5K TEAM REGISTRATION (Ends April 30th, 2020): $30 (Minimum 5 members per team, Largest Team wins a prize)
Kids under 10 years old walk/run for free and will receive a sticker at the end
ZUMBA JAM ONLY REGISTRATION: $10 (includes wrist band)

Want to create a TEAM?
You can create a team or join an existing team when registering. You may personalize your team page by adding an image and creating a donation goal for your team. Minimum of 5 members per team with a discounted rate of $30 per team member. Teams with largest number of members will win a prize!
Zumba Jam
Running is not your thing! Don't worry, you have the option of participating only in the Zumba Jam for just $10. The Zumba Jam will feature energetic instructors and upbeat songs that you can move to or simply enjoy! Bring a friend and let's have some fun!

Race Course
The Paragon Sound Mind And Healthy Body 5K features a picturesque nature trail in Peachtree City. This is a certified course and we hold our races to the highest quality standards from start to finish and route also include an emergency medical plan. Enthusiastic volunteers will line the course to cheer you along the way.
PARKING
Parking is free and will be located at the Huddleston Elementary School, directly across from the race site.

Want to be part of this awesome event. Please register for various volunteer positions. As a volunteer you will pick up your free T-shirt the morning of the event.
