As the situation with Coronavirus continues to evolve, we have no choice but to announce that the Duchenne Dash 5k/10k that was scheduled for May 9th, 2020 will now become a VIRTUAL RUN. Please understand that while this was not an easy decision to make, the health, safety and well-being of our children and our entire community is our highest priority.
We love to see the community support for our boys every year at Duchenne Dash, and even with the requirements to control community spread in place, there are ways you can help us END DUCHENNE without risk!
When you sign up for the Duchenne Dash VIRTUAL Run you can do your run anywhere, anytime... even on a treadmill!
This can still be a fun and fulfilling experience for all involved! We would absolutely LOVE to see posted pictures of you wearing Little Hercules swag with the hashtag #ENDDUCHENNE on our social media!
Everyone who supports Little Hercules Foundation by participating in our Virtual 5k/10k will receive a 20% off code to use in next year’s race!

The Little Hercules Foundation's DuchenneDash, is a 5K/10K DOG FRIENDLY walk/run. This year's event will BE ALL VIRTUAL DUE TO COVID 19. Proceeds will fund promising research aiming to cure Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a devasting neuromuscular disease affecting mostly boys. Today, there is no cure, but with YOUR help, there can be one tomorrow.
All participants will receive an event t-shirt (only guaranteed if registered by May 31st).

Location: DUE TO COVID 19 WE WILL BE DOING AN ALL VIRTUAL EVENT THIS YEAR - RUN AT HOME OR ANYWHERE YOU CHOOSE!
T-shirts/ Packet Pick-Up: Due to this being an all virtual event now, and to keep the safety and the health of our participants and staff in our best interest, we will NOT be doing a traditional packet pickup this year. After the registration period ends at the end of May, we will be mailing out packets or doing porch drop off for local participants. We will keep you posted on this as our t-shirt printer opens up and we know more about print timing.
Greenswell app: Our friends at Greenswell have an awesome app to enhance your race day experience. Go to the App Store and download their app to see the schedule of activities, course map, weather forecast, and some really fun custom selfie filters that will allow you to post your race day pics on social media with the hashtags “I ran to #ENDDMD today” and “We ran to #ENDDMD today.”
