These signature 5km workouts have been designed to bring fitness communities together, crush personal milestones and of course lay out high fives right across the country. Complete outside, hit the treadmill, or head down to the local track. Whatever the terrain, whatever the environment, wherever you are, there are now no excuses to get it done.

2020 ST PATRICK'S VIRTUAL X RUN

Complete a 5km run any time between March 13 & April 13. Along the run, you will be asked to enter 10 Virtual Sweat Zones to complete designated exercises. These exercises can be completed in any order.
VIRTUAL SWEAT ZONES
20 Body Weight Squats
20 Sprinter Sit Ups (10 per side)
15 Burpee Jacks
20 Reverse Lunges
20 Push Ups
20 Side Plank Leg Lifts (10 per side)
20 Sit Ups
All 2020 Virtual X Run Series participants will need to complete at least one of the following tasks to prove participation!
Post Selfie Photo / Video taken during or after the run on Facebook or Instagram (Must Tag with #xwarriorchallenge)
Post route / time on Facebook / Instagram using a GPS App like Strava, Nike Plus, etc (Must Tag with #xwarriorchallenge)
Fire up FACEBOOK LIVE during a portion of your run and tag #XWarriorChallenge in the comments after its posted!
Email us your run details to firstname.lastname@example.org!
