Help Caet raise money

Mater Maniacs is raising money in memory of our beloved friend and father, Bob Moir, who fought a valiant and brave battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. We all "live humbly, with honest compassion" because that was Bob's personality. In 2016, Bob was put into a medically induced coma on a ventilator, the first time any of us knew about the IPF diagnosis. A dedicated first responder who put helping others above all else, his diagnosis came as a brutal shock as we watched this social, active man start to struggle for every breath. . A year to the day of being told he wouldn't wake up from that coma, Bob fell asleep in hospital watching his favourite shows, and quietly left behind the 100% oxygen tube that tethered him to the hospital bed, and the struggle to even take a bite of food without the oxygen mask. As the daughter of someone with IPF, I never, ever want anyone to go through that. I love you Daddy, and you are the epitome of a superhero to me.
