Dear Early Bird Participant
We hope you are safe, coping, and as a means of coping, we mean training!
With the recent announcement that all internal events at Carleton University have been cancelled until May 31st at the earliest, we have currently put The Early Bird 2020 “on hold”.
What does this mean?
We still are awaiting answers and like you, are reviewing and abiding by all of the City-wide, Province-wide, and Canada-wide recommendations and rules during the COVID-19 crisis.
With this new announcement from Carleton University, we will need some time (and we know how quickly things can change) to regroup and provide some options for you who are pre-registered with us.
We have several considerations that we are working on, in cooperation with our various event partners, so please do give us until at least early next week to get back to you.

* Online Registration Closes - Monday May 11, 2020 - 6:00 pm EST
* Souvenir Shirt Deadline - Wednesday May 6, 2020 - 6:00 pm EST
(Those registering between the shirt deadline and the online deadline will receive a Somersault Event Series souvenir)
All entries are non-refundable. The only way to safeguard your entry fee* is to purchase cancellation insurance on your entry fee during the online registration process (*some conditions apply)
Within 2 weeks of the online registration closing as per the above date, you can transfer your entry to another participant* or you can defer to another Somersault event within the same calendar year* (*administrative fee applies). Contact info@somersault.ca with your request.
The entire request and transaction process must be completed a minimum of 2 weeks out from the event date.
