Event Information
USATF notification:
It is strongly recommended that individuals considered by the CDC to be “at-risk” not participate in the sanctioned event in any capacity. This would include:
- individuals over the age of 65
- individuals who live in nursing homes
- individuals with underlying medical conditions, noted by the CDC, which place them at higher risk, such as chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, diabetes, serious heart conditions, severe obesity (BMI > 40), chronic kidney or liver disease, and individuals who are immunocompromised or live with someone who is immunocompromised.
If these “at-risk” individuals choose to participate, it is recommended that they get clearance from their healthcare provider.

6:30 am- Registration opens
7:30 am- 5K race start in waves

Please note that race day registration and packet pick up is in parking lot of Northbeach
In order to provide adequate social distancing at the starting line we will be utilizing wave starts. Your race bib will have your wave start posted on your bib label. You must wear a face covering when picking up your race packet and we recommend wearing a face covering to the starting line. This is recommended but not mandatory. You may take off your face covering once you start the race.

The mission of the Sussex Consortium is to provide intensive academic, functional, vocational and/or behavioral interventions for students with moderate to severe disabilities; to improve cognitive and behavioral functioning; and to teach these students sufficient skills and controls to function successfully in the least restrictive school and community settings possible. The Sussex Consortium partners with parents and the community to create an environment geared to the success of all students and to enable every student to reach their highest potential.

there will not be an awards ceremony but you will be able to pick up your award after the final wave finishes at the NOVA Timing Systems help desk.

-Awards for top 3 male/female in 5 year age groups 9 & under through 80 & over
-Awards to top 3 male/female walkers

NOVA Timing Systems will chip time using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System
