It is with a very heavy heart that we are relaying this announcement.
Due to the current state of our city, as a result of the COVID-19 virus, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year's Rita's Run. As you all know, this race is very near and dear to my heart, so this decision does not come easily.
Those of you who registered will be receiving refunds, but please be patient as we work with RaceRoster to get them processed. To our generous sponsors, I will be returning your cheques to you at my earliest convenience and will contact you all in the next few weeks to arrange for pick up or delivery. Those that e-transferred funds, I will be issuing you refund cheques as well.
We are working to set up next year's date as we speak - stay tuned!

RACE DAY:
START TIME 10km - 9:00am
START TIME 5km - 9:15am
AWARDS - 10:30am
- Parking, raffles and awards ceremony will take place at Elks Compound in the river valley
- The run will start and end at Elks Compound in Lethbridge, Alberta.
- Registration includes a shirt (if option is chosen) and a finisher medal
- Proceeds from Rita's Run will go towards mental health
- No dogs allowed
- Stroller friendly
- Walkers keep to the back
- Be courteous of other runners
