All of you who know our warrior son Audric know what a happy little man he is! Even on his day to day battle with epilepsy he always has a big smile on his face! Audric had his first Grandmal seizure at 11 months old but now that we are pretty much experts at looking for seizures we now know Audric was having them at the very first few weeks of his life. He was diagnosed with epilepsy at 11 months old and later diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome at 2 years old through genetic testing where we found out his scn1a mutation. We hope to raise awareness and money towards research to help end epilepsy as there is still too little known about it.
