A note from Livi:
"Given the current circumstances, I am doing well but still fighting to move forward and get some recovery. Since the accident, I have gotten some improvements, like no longer being dependent on the ventilator and seeing more strength in my muscles. However, I have not gotten any movement back and I believe that being active and having a physical therapy program is most important. Since COVID, I have had to do a lot more on my own. I have invested some money into equipment but I have a few other items that I would like to purchase. Also, my insurance only covers a limited amount of pt hours which will soon run out and I will have to pay out of pocket to be able to continue. In addition, I plan on doing another stem cell injection in the fall, which I am saving up for but any help would be great. The donations will all go towards my physical therapy needs since the costs are really adding up and it is something that I can not stop doing for my health and well being. I really appreciate all the help and support from this community!"

Event Information
How it works:
1. Register
2. Race- run or walk 3.1 miles any time between July 29th and September 13th. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time.
3. submit your time and picture of your course. submit photo on facebook and or instagram
4. print out finisher certificate
