Update:
Last night the Baldwin County Commission declared a local state of emergency. In light of this, The Original Leprechaun Ride has officially been cancelled.
As an organization that strives to bring joy to the childhood cancer journey, cancelling an event that was set to raise money and further this mission is a very difficult and costly decision. However, the risk of the unknown during a time such as this is even more costly.
While we are all disappointed and truly cannot believe the irony of our bad luck 2 years in a row, it feels most important to turn our attention to the significant impact COVID-19 is having on our nation and the world. As such, we want to do our part to support the advised social distancing. Due to the population we serve, we know all too well the importance of working together to protect the health of our community.
Thank you to all who sponsored and registered! We will be mailing t-shirts to all participants who purchased one. We appreciate your registration being considered a donation to Camp Rap-A-Hope. If you would like a refund, please email info@camprapahope.org.
