This event has been cancelled. In it's place we are offering a "Virtual" race - you still get a medal and the "Spring Fling" umbrella.
This is the first running of our "Spring Fling" races at Bronte Creek Provincial Park in Oakville / Burlington (just off the QEW).
The event comprises three distinctly different trail races: 5k, 10k and 15k. The 5k is relatively flat and free of technical difficulty. One, two or three loops on this flat easy terrain course!.
Included in your entry fee are:
* Free park entrance and parking;
* Race entry
* Spring Fling Umbrella;
* Finishers medal (when you finish!)
* Catered food post race;
* Age group awards;
* Water stops
5k – gentle trails for those learning about trail running; one loop on this fast, flat course.
10k – two loops and twice the number of water stops!
15k – Three loops!
