My Story…
Our precious granddaughter Adria will be having heart surgery later this year. The parents of children having surgery are fortunate to be able to stay at the Ronald McDonald House close to the hospital which helps with the stress during this time. By donating to my run on July 6th you will be providing funds to keep the house available to all parents who need to spend time there while their child spends time at the hospital. RMHC Alberta is so excited to announce our very first virtual run! I'm running and fundraising to support the families who need to stay at a Ronald McDonald House in Alberta.
In 2019, RMHC Alberta served families from 194 communities across Alberta.
The Houses in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Medicine Hat are not a nice to have; they are a must have. 1 in 4 Canadians knows someone who has needed to rely on a Ronald McDonald House. I'm lacing up my shoes in support of those families, support me in my efforts to Hustle for the House!
I invite you to join me on this journey; I'm going the distance to run, but need your help to go the distance for RMHC families who need your support now more than ever.
