My Story…
Our daughter, Adria, will be having heart surgery in Edmonton this year. We may be staying at the Ronald McDonald House for her surgery and recovery. This allows us to stay at the hospital to be with our daughter. We are grateful that the Ronald McDonald House allows families to be with their loved ones.
Description
RMHC Alberta is so excited to announce our very first virtual run! I'm running and fundraising to support the families who need to stay at a Ronald McDonald House in Alberta.
In 2019, RMHC Alberta served families from 194 communities across Alberta.
The Houses in Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, and Medicine Hat are not a nice to have; they are a must have. 1 in 4 Canadians knows someone who has needed to rely on a Ronald McDonald House. I'm lacing up my shoes in support of those families, support me in my efforts to Hustle for the House!
I invite you to join me on this journey; I'm going the distance to run, but need your help to go the distance for RMHC families who need your support now more than ever.
