I-35 CHALLENGE UPDATE

GARMIN KANSAS CITY MARATHON AND IMT DES MOINES MARATHON IN-PERSON RACES CANCELED

Out of concern for the safety of race participants, partners, staff and volunteers, organizers of the Garmin Kansas City Marathon and the IMT Des Moines Marathon have made the difficult decision to cancel the races scheduled for October 17 & 18, 2020.

Participants who have already registered should review the detailed information below for options to convert their current race selection. Current I-35 registrants must make their selection by Sept. 15. If you do not make your selection by Sept. 15 your registration will automatically be converted to the virtual option.

1. PARTICIPATE VIRTUALLY

Complete your races on your own time, at your own location, and conquer the challenge of completing your races on back to back days! All registered participants will be mailed their finisher medal and I-35 Challenge apparel item.

2. DEFER to 2021

Transfer your registration fee and sign up for the 2021 I-35 Challenge.

1. Click here to sign into your Race Roster dashboard
2. Click on the “Edit Registration” button in the upper right corner
3. Make your selection and click “Save & Exit”
