Step Up for Mental Health

Step Up for Mental Health, powered by Cameco, returns in 2020!

*UPDATE: In light of COVID-19 restrictions that limit mass gatherings, this year’s Step Up for Mental Health run/walk will be a virtual event. Even though we can’t be in the same place, we can still come together for mental health.

Here’s how the virtual event works:

• You choose your own starting line, whether it's a treadmill or an outdoor route in your community.
• Complete your race distance (5K or 10K) between Oct. 7-12, upload your finishing time through Race Roster and you’ll receive your medal in the mail. (Watch for upload instructions closer to the event.)

** REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPT. 30 **

You’ll still receive your Step Up swag. And you’ll still be making a difference for others because every dollar of your registration fee, plus a matching amount from Cameco, supports mental health programs and services throughout Saskatchewan.

• $55 standard entry fee includes Step Up technical shirt, Step Up hoodie, Step Up backpack and custom medal
• $25 student price includes Step Up backpack and custom medal (students who wish to receive the full complement of swag including shirts are welcome to sign up at the $55 level)

*Our FINAL swag pickup event is Oct. 1 from 4-7 p.m. in the Prairieland Park parking lot. This a drive-through event so please access Prairieland’s main gates off Ruth Street. This is your LAST CHANCE to get your swag, so if you’re unable to attend, please designate someone to pick it up for you. Due to the volume of participants, we can't accommodate requests for alternate pickup times, nor will we mail packages to addresses within a 40-km radius of Saskatoon.

If you live outside a 40-km radius of Saskatoon, your swag package will be mailed to you after Oct. 2.
