Help us raise money

For participating in Rotary Huron Shore Run 2020

Our story…

Riding 500 KM in 25 days. My name is Sue McCulloch Little. I started this challenge to improve my health. I wanted to increase my strength and endurance on my bike. But as I spent time on my bike I started to think more about why I was raising money for this cause. I thought about how important Saugeen Memorial Hospital is to our community. My family lost our mother just over a year ago. During her last few years she unfortunately had to be in our community hospital several times and she passed away in the palliative care room. At all times her care from all of the staff- nurses, doctors, lab technicians, housekeeping, food prep workers, and all support staff was always personal and caring. Kind of like the care you would get from your neighbours. I thank them all by riding my bike to raise money for the hospital. And I dedicate my challenge of 19 rides and 500 km to my brilliant, loving, generous, and beautiful mother, Betty McCulloch. Miss you mom.
